IMPORTANT NOTE: V1 & V2 are no longer supported! Kindly Upgrade to firmware V3.

 01  Ensure that the Ezhotspot Extender is connected to a Hotspot or wireless Access and has internet access. You can verify this by using the Top Menu --> Network --> Diagnostics --> Ping tool to check. Click on the Ping button to get the following similar results.

 02  Proceed to Top Menu -->System --> 1-Click Commands and click on the Fetch Latest Firmware into Temp Storage Run button.

 03  A Collecting data progress will show depending on the speed of the Internet. Kindly note if Internet is too slow, an error may be shown to try again.

 04  A notification is displayed once firmware is downloaded into the temporary memory location. At this point, the firmware is not upgraded yet and will be discarded if there is a hardware reboot. Follow instructions accompanied in notification.

 05  Go to Top Menu --> Backup /Flash Firmware --> Flash new firmware image and click on the Flash image

 06  As the firmware has been downloaded earlier into the temporary memory location, click on Proceed Button to continue.

 07  The process takes approximately 5 minutes and kindly wait until the device has resume into Normal operation status as shown below.
