If you see SSID ENGENIUS1, it means you have flashed a incorrect firmware, which is a standard normal firmware to the device. The default IP address is now 192.168.1.1 and you can only access to the configuration with a LAN cable and a computer.

You need to setup as in attached quick guide to access to the device. Please see below.

Click on the corresponding product to download the respective V3.99 firmware version

In the menu of the normal firmware, go to firmware upgrade menu and upload the ezhotspot firmware. After upgrade and 5 minutes, the device will broadcast SSID ez@XXXXXX. Everthing will be back to normal.
