Does it work with Proximus “Smart Wifi” in Belgium? And if yes how to set it up?

It is reported to work with the following configuration:

EAP-Method - PEAP
Authentication - MSCHAPV2

Go to Scan All Networks. Select Proximus Smart Wifi and when prompted, select above configurations together with username and password.
